Breakfast, as we all know is the most important meal of the day. It is essential to have a full healthy breakfast before starting a day, however, morning rush may sometimes get in the way of that which is why I want to share with you all an easy and quick to make overnight oats.
Lately, I have been busy that I do not have time to prepare breakfast in the morning sometimes, so I figured why not make breakfast at night then eat it for breakfast the next day? Thankfully, I came across some overnight oat recipes online. One of the recipes that struck me the most is Coffee Banana Overnight Oats. I just added a few touch of my own for this recipe. Coffee Banana Overnight Oats is what I eat whenever I have a hectic day ahead and I need a boost of caffeine to keep me so energized and also this breakfast is perfect for those who have grown tired of just drinking plain coffee and would want to try something different. Without further ado, here's my Coffee Banana Overnight Oats recipe.
COFFEE BANANA OVERNIGHT OATS
Ingredients:
1 cup of Quaker Whole Grain Rolled Oats (Old-fashioned)
3/4 cup of Brewed Coffee at room temperature
1/4 cup of Low Fat Milk
Pinches of Cinnamon
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon Vanilla flavoring
1/4 cup of crushed roasted peanuts
1 smashed Banana

Ingredients:

1/4 cup of Low Fat Milk

Procedure:
In a large mason jar place in 1 cup of Quaker Whole Grain Rolled Oats.
Then just put in all the ingredients inside. For me I placed the Brewed Coffee right after I put in the oats followed by the Low Fat Milk then the mashed bananas. Add in the cinnamon, honey, vanilla flavoring, and then the crushed roasted peanuts. After all that is done refrigerate it for six (6) hours or overnight. You can see in the picture how much mess i made but that is okay, I had fun preparing this one and it wasn't hard and time consuming because I just literally put in all the ingredients inside the mason jar.
This is what it looks like after it was refrigerated overnight. I just topped it with sliced bananas and crushed roasted peanuts to make it more appealing.

Hi dearies! I'm back!! This time with another fashion blog post and also this will be my first post for the year 2018. I deeply apologize for not being so active on my blog lately. In fact, I have a lot of topics in mind that I want to share with you all I just don't know where to begin with. But then, what better way to begin this year than to start it fashionably. Nuff talking, let's get this party started! Oh I mean this post started.
If you are following me on my instagram account (@itsjoycesalvador) then you might have noticed that I've been wearing rompers a lot lately. Why? Rompers help me save a lot of time from mixing and matching clothes. I was also in a hurry that's why I settled with this romper. To all the busy girls out there, a romper is your best friend.
To be honest, this romper is actually too big for me. I bought this romper at Forever 21's buy one take one sale. I fell in love with this at first sight! I couldn't let go of it even though I knew so well that it wouldn't fit me. So what I did for this romper to fit me is I used a safety pin in the back area. You know what they say, if there's a will there's a way. Hahaha. Oh and I got one tip for all the petite girls, wearing a V-neck or a low neck outfit help if you want to look taller or elongated, got to bring out those collar bones honey!
To make the entire outfit more appealing I added some jewelry. Adding some jewelry to your outfits really does go a long way, so make sure to add just the right amount and not go over the top with it. I decided to go for gold so it will be in contrast with the color of my romper and also the color of my bag is rose pink, rose pink and gold looks good together.
Speaking of the bag here's a close-up view of what I was pertaining to earlier. I bought this one in Secosana. This is currently my favorite bag because I really love the color and the texture of it. Plus my gadgets fit well inside, this is one of the things that I consider whenever I choose a bag, everything that I need should fit inside.
Now let's move on to my shoes. I bought this in SM, yes, it is from Parisian. There's a funny story behind this. My feet are small, I'm just a size 5 or less than 5. Sometimes I had to buy at the children's section. The shame I had to go through just to buy a shoe that fits me. Huhuhu! The shoes in the children's section are cute though! But this sandal in the women's section really caught my eye. The sandal that I tried on was size 6 or 7 so I asked the saleslady for size 5. Many people were buying the same sandal too because of that they run out of stock for size 5. My heart ached when the sales lady told me there was no size 5. I did not give up though! I looked at every sandal of this design to see if I could find a size 5. Then I saw a display of the same sandal, I prayed that it will be size 5 and it is! It is size 5! The only size 5 left! I was so glad that I immediate bought it, didn't cared that it is the display piece.
To sum it all up, here's a summary of my outfit.

Before this ends let me give you a review about a product that shook the entire blogosphere this year. It is none other than the Bellissima Egg White Skin Whitening Beauty Soap. Honestly, I've been switching to different soaps from time to time, especially when I feel like the soap is making my face oilier and my body even drier. Just when I decided to switch again that I've heard of Bellissima Egg White and gave it a try. I was kind of skeptical at first, it is the first time I've heard of a soap made from egg whites. But then I remembered the Korean beauty shows that I used to watch back then, one of the tips they have given is to put egg white on the face for a homemade face mask. So I said to myself, hey why not give it a try.
* It can tighten and close up large pores because it has astringent properties that can help shrink your pores by tightening the skin.
* As mentioned above, it can tighten your skin, which smoothes out your wrinkles.
* Controls oily skin.
* Prevents and get rid of acne, acne is caused by over excretion of sebum or excess oil on your face since egg white is good for controlling oily skin, therefore, it can prevent and fight off acne.
* Whiten or brighten skin.
Just wow, never thought that egg white has a lot of benefits. That's why as soon as i bought it, I felt so giddy to use it.
MY VERDICT:
After a week of using this, my skin got smoother and a bit whiter. Do take note that I am using this not only for my face but for my body as well. Now the skin on my body feels so soft to touch and it moisturizes my skin, it used to be a bit flaky like a soil all dried up. I've read that the reason for dry skin is usually because of harsh soaps because it tends to suck up all the moisture from your skin. Thank goodness Bellissima Egg White is a mild soap, goodbye dry flaky skin. I swear your skin will be feeling smooth and soft just like a baby even without using lotion. Plus the scent is heavenly, not the kind of scent that will make you sneeze, it is just mild if I have the time I would smell this all day. Oh, for my face -- it really did control the oiliness without making the face dry, face feels so clean from dirt right after using it, I also noticed that it brightened up my skin. The cute egg shape of the soap made it easier for it to grip. I observed that it does not melt easily, unlike the other soaps that I have used before.
Bellissima Egg white soap is heaven-sent! I'll definitely stick with this soap for a long period of time. It is just the perfect soap for me, it is mild yet effective. I will certainly buy this again! This soap is affordable, only costs 55 pesos. Where can you buy this? Well, it is available at any Puregold stores nationwide.
FUN FACT: This soap is MADE FROM PHILIPPINES. Local products definitely stepped up their game!

Okay, as what the title indicates this post will all be about why Skinoveau is my go-to pamper place. But before I give you a rundown of that list, let me give you a brief introduction about Skinoveau (just in case you have not heard of them yet or you probably heard of them but got no idea what they are all about.)

I kid you not, their equipment is amazing. Just imagine how many "Ohhhs" and "Ahhhs" came out of my mouth when one of their staff showed me their equipment.

Let's define Cozy. Cozy means it is giving a feeling of comfort, warmth, and relaxation. Yup, Skinoveau definitely has that all. They treated us with relaxing music that made us feel like we are in some sort of magical forest. Above all, you'll get to have your own room for the treatment, so you don't have to worry about other people watching you get treated.
8. They give you advice.
Do not be afraid to ask them advice on what you should avoid and do in order to have healthy skin. In my case, they told me that I should avoid oily foods, to wipe my face whenever it is oily, and avoid staying up so late at night. Take note that I got oily skin and my nose got these tiny bumps that won't go away or pop. Not only I was given an advice from one of their staff that day, my friend was told to lay off on the nail polish for a while because her nails are turning a tad brittle. We're so thankful that they gave us handful tips, it will aid in the after-care.
9. Neat and organized.
Whenever things are neat and organized, we are more relaxed and everything is pleasing to the eyes. Don't you agree? Plus, when it comes to clinics like this, cleanliness is very important to me, as what I've seen in Skinoveau they keep their equipment clean and safe to use.

5. Their staff is friendly and accommodating.

Their staffs are so friendly that you can have a chat with them while you are enjoying their services. You can even have a heart-to-heart talk with them to release your stress out even more. They also make sure that you feel relaxed as if you are just in the comfort of your own home.
6. They have state-of-the-art equipment.
I kid you not, their equipment is amazing. Just imagine how many "Ohhhs" and "Ahhhs" came out of my mouth when one of their staff showed me their equipment.

(as what I've researched this machine can quickly make the skin smooth, enhance the elasticity of your skin so you will have fewer wrinkles, and make your skin firm. I don't know what specific treatment Skinoveau use this for though. I'll ask them when I get back)
7. Cozy
(they got a comfy sofa while you wait for your turn or while you wait for someone)
Let's define Cozy. Cozy means it is giving a feeling of comfort, warmth, and relaxation. Yup, Skinoveau definitely has that all. They treated us with relaxing music that made us feel like we are in some sort of magical forest. Above all, you'll get to have your own room for the treatment, so you don't have to worry about other people watching you get treated.

8. They give you advice.
Do not be afraid to ask them advice on what you should avoid and do in order to have healthy skin. In my case, they told me that I should avoid oily foods, to wipe my face whenever it is oily, and avoid staying up so late at night. Take note that I got oily skin and my nose got these tiny bumps that won't go away or pop. Not only I was given an advice from one of their staff that day, my friend was told to lay off on the nail polish for a while because her nails are turning a tad brittle. We're so thankful that they gave us handful tips, it will aid in the after-care.
9. Neat and organized.
Whenever things are neat and organized, we are more relaxed and everything is pleasing to the eyes. Don't you agree? Plus, when it comes to clinics like this, cleanliness is very important to me, as what I've seen in Skinoveau they keep their equipment clean and safe to use.

10. Their staff experienced firsthand the treatments that Skinoveau offers.
Don't you feel assured when you know that some of the staff has experienced the treatment too? One of the staff told me that she used to have freckles, but now she has zero freckles on her face. Yup! Skinoveau's Skin Blemish Treatment did the trick.

I am so excited for my next session with Skinoveau, I might try their GENEO+. Oh, and I will be sharing my skin blemish treatment experience soon. I'm just waiting for it to heal completely so I could show you what it looks like after it has healed. I've been told that healing takes 1-2 weeks.
